3rd Badminton EB Games on Feb. 17, 2008 (List of Participants)

Hi folks!

Well, after all the aching muscles, missed shots, and the sweat poured out last Sunday, we are going to hold our 3rd (yes, another one!) Badminton EB game this coming Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008 at Sheridan Badminton Courts from 9:30am to 12:30pm.

Please come before 9:30am so you can do warm-ups before the game and maximize the playing time that is alloted to us.

We also met Eden, a coffeer playing in her group and ____ (I did not get his name), a well fit man that does not seem to be a grand father already. They regularly play just beside our court. They are very good!!! We will need lots of practice before we can have a match with them!!! :wave:

Once again, we'd like to thank Evona for another successful Badminton game today! :thankyou:

Today, I realized that I am slowly able to hit the shuttlecock and return shots. I feel good and I am really grateful for Evona's patience and expertise.

When we stopped to go home, evona shared his drive to advocate healthy living with good diet and exercise among those he meets because stroke is easily getting young people in their 30s!!! :friendz:

Hi! We are set again for next Sunday at Sheridan Badminton court, from 9:30am to 12:30pm. The court is located along Sheridan St., near Unilab. You are most welcome to join us every Sunday!
