I'm not a native English spoken and I'm studying it in a serious way. My teacher said that I have to learn grammatical analysis and logical analysis to understand English fully. I've been trying to do that, but there's a lot of troubles. Once is I wonder whether conjunction is a part of a sentence or it's just a bridge between two parts??? And which intonation one should use when speak conjunction?

You don't have to be a native speaker in order to understand the English language a great deal. Your English teacher told you to learn grammatical analysis and logical analysis to understand fully. Let's try to make it simpler. Try your best to have a good grasp of the English grammar by studying the parts of speech, their forms and functions, the kinds of sentences and their forms and functions, and learn how to use them in making sentences which are sensible, logical or contextual. That's how to start it.
If you wish to learn about conjunctions, there are a lot of past posts here. You can also try reading grammar books by Betty Azar. Fundamentals of English Grammar to start with would be just fine with you. I hope this helps.
