Anyway, releasing gas through farting is a good way of releasing toxins from the body, just like sweating. I have read that from the Health Journal. And I believe it.

I have had a litany of experiences with these elementals (encantos). I seem to believe that they co-exist with us but they belong to another dimension. My eldest daughter could see them when she was very young. Even until now, there are occasions unexpected that they manifest their presence. In my case, however, they appeared as doppelgangers.
I can share the details in another post, maybe.

That must be me. I had close encounters with encantos (elementals ) as a young boy but I don't have any recollection of it. My mother just told me that I got so sick that the doctors said they cannot treat me anymore. In hopelessness, my mother brought me to an albularyo ( faith healer ) and he said an encanto child want to take me to their world as his playmate. He treated me and I got well.:confused:
I had many other experiences but that of course, as Lady Q said, warrants another thread or post.
