Need help please.. which is correct?

"Did you mean? or "Do you mean?"

both are correct.

its just the tense.

did you mean if i did not do that, we could have been together?

do you mean i should say sorry?

As per my knowledge both are correct sentences. Do is used for simple present tense and Did is used for simple past tense.
