my teacher in comm 1 (due to the medium of communication im not going to tell his/her name) once told us of the archetype smells by culture. (warning: this is going to sound racist. i do not intend to discern people using any such means, nor condone doing so, but i found this quite interesting. if you are offended, you have my apologies.)

so we all know south asians smell spicy, like curry. americans smell like milk gone bad. there were other cultures in the list. guess what filipinos smell like. (two second pause) yes, you are correct. ( i feel like im the guy in blues clues LOL) i found it surprising and hard to believe, but oh well. im taking my teacher's word for it.
