Hi guys,
Can you please advise which is correct?
When I say:
Please allow me to get back to you as soon as I hear from him.
or
Please allow me to get back to you as soon as I've heard from him.
Thanks a lot!

Both are actually correct since the idea is the action in the "as soon as" clause is completed before another action happens.
However, "...as soon as I hear from him" is much more common than the other one.
Hope this helps! ^^,

I think "Please allow me to get back to you as soon as I hear from him" is the right answer. We use this more as compare to the second one.

"as soon as I've heard from him" in my opinion this is OK.
