Well, you can get nutmeg powder at any supermarket.

Starbucks have the yummiest Irish Cream Cappuccino and they have nutmeg powder available at the bar.

i used to be a coffee lover (addict) but i stop, or should i say i am moderating the in take now a days. it started when i had this bone density check up. it's a process where you'll know if you are prone of near to have osteoporosis. the result told me that i am at low risk. though it's just low risk it is still a bit close to be acquiring one. when i asked the physician on what would be the causes of such deficiency, i've learned that coffee addiction is one of the possible causes. so, instead of 2-3 cups a day, i limit it to 2 cups.:flashy:
