I'd like to know how would you deal (or what would you say) with these scenarios without burning your bridges by appearing blunt, insensitive, hurtful, disrespectful... etc
CASE A: You filed an application to two companies, ABC and XYZ, and was already given a job offer by the former but you wouldn't sign the contract right away not until you've seen the offer by the latter?
CASE B: How do you tell a guy who has been persistently trying to ask you out that he doesn't stand a chance at all?
