This igloo, called "Bigloo," was built in February 2010 by Bellevue, Wisconsin resident Paul Steckart and his friends, also known as the "Gloo Crew." After a big snowstorm, the trio decided to employ their math and architectural skills to construct the behemoth. They used all snow in Paul's backyard and from many of his neighbors' yards, mixing it with water and running it through a snowblower before packing it into a plastic brick mold. Each of these blocks weighed anywhere from 60 to 100 pounds!

The "Bigloo" is currently the record-holder for biggest igloo in the [URL="http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/records/science_and_technology/structures/largest_dome_igloo.aspx"]Guinness World Records (http://www.omg-facts.com/view/Facts/25378).
