As much as possible I don't want to miss the qualifying session. Let's see later at 7pm if Star Sports will show it!

Hi guys! It's 6:52 A.M. and a very beautiful morning here in Bahrain and the weather is perfect, not to hot and with less humidity and not windy as well. The much feared sandstorm on Bahrain's desert track will not be there so I foresee a perfect race between Ferrari and McLaren. I'll keep you posted on the latest about the F1 race here in Bahrain. Just a bit of info: Bahrain owns a majority stake on McLaren so Hamilton will have a home track advantage here in terms of crowd support.

Qualifying races will start half an hour from now, 7:00 p.m there in the Philippines. You're right guys. Ferrari has an advantage because Hamilton crashed his car yesterday afternoon and it was a total wreck. He was not hurt physically but pundits doubt if he can recover psychologically in 24 hours time. The result of the qualifying should give as a clue of Hamilton's condition on the track.

Oh dear, that's really too bad for Hamilton. I'm a Ferrari fan, but I really admire Hamilton!! :heart3:

Hopefully, Ferrari gets this circuit once again! :first:

Sorry folks I was not able to give updates yesterday because my working day ends at 2:00 p.m. daily which was the time the qualifying race started. Anyway you obviously know the result by now. The weather, which is a very important factor here in Bahrain, is perfect just like yesterday and we can expect a very competitive final today with all the top contenders in the front of the starting point. Hamilton was unfazed by the serious accident during the practice sessions so he's back in contention. The atmosphere here is great and so far the most succesful of all the F1 races hosted by Bahrain. AKON will be performing at the post race concert when the mood shifts from sporty to party.

To have a feel of the local color of the race you can log on to: http://www.gulf-daily-news.com or http://www.bahraingp.com. Race time is 7:30 p.m. Phil. time and it's gonna be a very tight and exciting race from start to finish. Hamilton is my bet although Ferrari has the advantage because they did their pre-season testing here.
