The English Coffee Wishlist!

I just got an inspiration from my own thread (http://english-coffee.com/showthread.php?t=2468url). (Aren't I wonderful? LOL)

Here we can post our wishes and who knows, maybe the god of coffee would lead his/her/its caffeine-induced appendages and grant your wish/es! Or maybe some of us would be instrumental in the divine work, maybe.


I wish for an ASUS Lamborghini laptop VX2!
Or a new LCD monitor, mine's about to get busted.

I wish for a quad core desktop with 8gb ram and 1tb hd.

-I wish I had my own plane so that I can go home or I wish the Philippines is just an hour ride from here so that I can go home anytime I want and see my high school friends who are on vacation right now

Oh neyx I've seen lot's of them here with exactly the same color as you want. They are dumping them now in favor of Hummers, FJs and Escalades. Don't worry I'll lobby for tax free repatriation of cars for OFW and maybe I could bring one home for you. Free? Of course not but I'm open for business proposal. Just wait for my 'manok' ( bet ) to win the next presidential election in 2010.:hihihi:

Oh neyx I've seen lot's of them here with exactly the same color as you want. They are dumping them now in favor of Hummers, FJs and Escalades. It's really hard to find an old beetle with all it's original parts. It's expensive :D

My bet? It's premature to divulge but I'll give you a clue. Macapagal, Marcos, Aquino, Ramos, Estrada and Arroyo are all from Luzon and I thought it might be good if we try someone from Visayas this time.Perhaps progress will finally come to our country. Setting aside credentials, of which he has impressive, and just talking of probabilities as in gambling, the odds favor my bet.:thatsit:
Back to your car I thought you want the newer version of the Beetle not the vintage one.In that case there are lots there in the Philippines.:BIGGRIN:

I haven't gotten a new LCD monitor, but I was able to tweak the blur out of my old one. It's now running fine for my Ubuntu system. As a matter of fact, I'm typing this while running the Ubuntu live disc while installing Ubuntu on my computer! Take that, Windows!


Thanks to whoever they are who helped grant my wish. Even though it is not what I exactly wished for, but it is what I needed.
