a shot or two of "tuba" http://www.wayblima.com/cebu-food-tuba.html, "lambanog," "laksoy," or "basi" http://region4.dost.gov.ph/webapps/WebPublication/details.php?id=403 could very well be great alternatives for those imported aperitifs for us locals. i especially like "tuba" -- sweet or otherwise. hehehe! :cheers2:

though i love imported wines, i could say from the bottom of my wine glass that local alcoholic drinks taste great, too!!! :thatsit:
