Great hotels in Berlin

Hi- my husband and daughter and I will be in Berlin this June for 4 nights. We like "old fashioned" hotels with antiques and charm. We would also like to have breakfast included and are not opposed to a unique B&B. Centrally located, nice, friendly service and a price range between $100 and $200 USD.
