Eye Care "20-20-20"

It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen.

Step 1
After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

Step 2
Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.

Step 3
Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

Our eyes are the mirror of our soul, so let's do take care of them, they are priceless..

Hey, Charm, as an EC addict, this is what I need!

This is going to be difficult when I'm in the Arcade, trying to beat someone's highest score.

:thanks:

:yey: Yeah, it's difficult.
By the way, I'm not that Arcade addict anymore..
My dad already asked me not to stay too long in front of the computer, because our electricity bill is rising.

Well, beating someone's high score is really giving us a hard time.. :waah:

Have you been to an ophthalmologist?
Maybe it will be better to have a consultation to know what to do with your condition.

Staying too long in front of the computer is really not healthy.
Undeniably, it has already been a part of our daily routine..
But of course, let us not abuse our sense of sight..

Take good care of your eyes before it's too late..

Good day and God bless!

:thanks: for your concern, Charm! :character:

I may see one in the coming days just to check how my eyes are. I heard from a cousin that eyes can deteriorate fast after 35 years of age, so including it in your yearly check-up as early as you can is one good habit.

:thankyou:
