CALL ON someone is to pay him a short visit.
e.g. The boy had to call on his sister last week.
CALL AT a place. You visit the place, not the person.
e.g. Trish asked the customer to call at the flower shop.
CALL UP someone. You ring/telephone the person.
e.g. Please call me up when you can.
CALL OUT someone. You cry out to someone to get their attention
e.g. Decky called out to Dev in the crowd.
CALL OFF is to cancel.
e.g. The meeting for tonight has been called off due to the bad weather.
