Is SAP good for me:-

Hi to everybody this is ashish the thing is that presently i am working in a Tata Interactive Systems which is an IT Company and there i am working as sap data support executive i.e similar to data entry in CRM and R3.my role in the sap is as follows :-

1) Maintaing Business partner i.e entry data of Client
2) Creating Quotations
3) Creating Contracts in R3

So can anybody tell me that whatever i am doing is valuable and will be good for me in future because in dont know anything about sap

can i also get what exactly CRM and R3 is and what ever i am doing on it is that what all CRM is about .
