That's a pretty good idea! I think there is still time for us to organize a very simple one since we have just started. :c_o_o_l:

We have to think for the place and cost first.

Uhmm we have to consider the location of the other members who wants to attend. Right now based on the poll “YES” is leading but still it seems majority of the members are not interested to attend. :(

this great, but preparation period is to short, for me lets us set the date, get the no. of attendees, no need for costing of place and food, there are lots of free place and attendees will shoulder their food... :)

Right. Maybe set it in one of the food courts or one of the inexpensive restaurants. The main idea is to just have a simple EB so we get to meet each other, in person. We could also go bowling or something like that.

As of now, we have 10 voters. So lets take it that we have 10 participants already. :D

Wow! That's a great idea, throa009!!!

The restaurant's name is MATGEOL, which means 'eating village'. You must love spicy food to go there. The budget may be around P250 per person. You'll be so full with so much food (free appetizers! ^^) matched with SOJU (Korean gin). It's located in Holy Spirit Drive, across Ever Gotesco Commonwealth.

If ever the coffeers would like it there, then we can make a map.

I have two possible days in mind Dec 14 or Dec 21. Just let me know what you think, coffeers!

 Pictures will be available online soon after. :inlove2: It'll be so nice for everyone to see some fellow coffeers, won't it?

Here in the Philippines, December is a month of parties. There are always Christmas parties one can go to. It can really be such a fun experience since people prepare programs where they sing, dance,:groove: play games, and exchange gifts. By the way, the organizers almost always have to have a theme related to Christ because we are celebrating him after all!
(Now come to think of it, we haven't thought of a theme yet!)
