Hello there! I don't know if this is the proper forum to post my inquiry but I'm desperately looking for a Language school which offers a homestay program. I have a Chinese friend who would like to study in the Philippines for at least three months, starting November. She's in her 30's and her level of English is low intermediate. I would like to know the requirements in getting a student visa and also the TF she needs to pay. I hope to get positive replies from you guys...more power!

Hi!

I sent you a PM regarding the language schools we have here. So far, there's only one that offers a homestay program and that Manila English (http://english-coffee.com/showthread.php?t=2444&highlight=manilaenglish). The rates are available on his website.

There are also other language schools that you may consider:
Christian Language Study Center (http://english-coffee.com/showthread.php?t=119)
Chelsea Language Center (http://english-coffee.com/showthread.php?t=892&highlight=chelsea)
American Institute for English Proficiency (http://english-coffee.com/showthread.php?t=921&highlight=aiepro)

I don't know the requirements for a Student's Visa, but I know that Christan Language Study Center helps their students in getting one.

Hope that helps! :jumpingangel:
