I noticed that there is no rules and regulations on posting replies. And also, these rules and regulations are very important since you are planning to have shout box.

If you want samples of rules and regulations, please let me know so that I can share with you.

We are still working on the rules and regulations, but basically, we:
1. encourage people to use English in their posts;
2. do not allow the use of profane language, pornography and graphic pictures.
3. do not allow spammers.

GENERAL POLITENESS
* A "Thank You" if a post has been helpful to you
* Your opinion (except for non-tolerated behavior)
* Being an active poster, not just a leecher
* Posting in the correct forums
* Political or religion posts or talks are not allowed! (including conspiracy theories, plots, assassination plans etc..!) This is a Warezboard! --> this can be optional depends upon the kind of forum/s
* Racist Talks or Ideas are not allowed!!
* Don't use CAPS in ur post, it could look offensive!
* Helping out others, especially new members
* Using the Search function before making a post to ensure there are no duplicate posts
* If a post requires a fix (crack, key generator, patch links or serial numbers) to make it work, also include them in Your post
* Respect decisions of the staff, as they are usually final
* If you have a problem with another member of this community, use the Personal Message (PM) button to tell a staff member
(Super Moderators/Administrator) about the situation and we will try to solve it
* No advertising allowed unless with staff permission, this also includes hosting and other product offers
* Each forum member may have only one account.

AVATAR LIMITS
* Its size cannot be greater than 150x150 pixels (height x width)
* It shouldn't be offensive in any way
* Maximum size is 300kb (jpeg/gif)



SIGNATURE LIMITS
* Maximum Number of Lines: 5
* Maximum Font Size: 2
* Image placed in the signature cannot be bigger than 200x550 pixels (height x width) and 350KB (whichever is smaller)
* Images placed in the signature cannot be offensive in any way
* One image can be used in the signature "ONCE" only
* Advertising warez-related forums in the signature is strongly prohibited (will resolve in a signature deletion)
* A sig cannot contain any links to a blog or forum

POSTING
* Before making a post use the SEARCH function
* Add Your links to existing topics (if there are any)
* Do not post hacking utilities, flooders, email harvesters/spam tools, virus development tools/tutorials!
* Information is crucial so always add it to Your post (screen shots, if available, as well)
* Always add a VALID link and a fix (if one exists)
* Check fix-links (viruses, worms, Trojans and browser hijackers) before posting
* Do not post TRIAL versions as they are easy to find
* If You want to add a reply to Your topic, please use the EDIT button instead of making double-posts
* No trading! This is not a trade warez site. Warez is free and will remain free
* Test the link before u post it!
* Do not Flood our board
* Do not bump old threads just to say the links are dead or to ask for a reupload. Use the appropriate REQUEST section instead
* Post direct links only
* Do not post links to any blogs or forums
* Pinoyunderground Staff respect uploaders who put passwords in their post provided that they will be responsible enough to respond to all password requests...



REQUESTS
* Take Your time to and use the SEARCH function to see whether a similar request has already been made
* Request should be made in the appropriate sections
* Don't make requests in topics! We have a request section
* Do not request stuff that is out of this planet (Quake 6, UT 2010 etc.)
* Do not request hacking utilities, flooders, email harvesters/spam tools, virus development tools/tutorials!
* Be precise when requesting: write EXACTLY what you are searching for
* Do not bump a request if nobody replied to your question. You have to wait at least 3 days until you bump your request.
* When a request is fulfilled please take Your time to PM a moderator to close the topic
* Do say "Thank You" to those, who helped You


WARNING SYSTEM --> this can be optional
A maximum of 5 warnings can be given to a member of this forum.
These can be earned by breaking any of the above rules.

If u Get Banned, It depends on the reason, we let u back after some time! so in other words we decide if u can come back

If You redeem yourself, You will lose the warnings through time.

Ways to get a WARNING or a BAN:

* Arguing with a Super Moderator/Administrator They have the warning and ban button's, you don't.
* Reposts (one mistake can happen, if it happens often you will receive an official warning)
* Requesting hacking/cracking/phreaking/flooding/spamming utilities
* Advertising other forums (if advertised "too much" a warning or ban will be given)
* PM-Spam (automatic ban)
* Flame wars (both people involved will receive a warning)
* Posting of religious stuff automatic ban! This is a warezboard!
* Racist Talk or Ideas (automatic ban)
* Going off-topic can get you warned at moderators discretion
* Posting links with files uploaded with @pinoy-underground's password somewhere else (link stealing) (automatic ban)
* Not using the Search button!



REPORTING POSTS
* Please report dead/duplicate/offensive posts by PM only
* Always give link to the thread you are reporting
* Do not post anything in the thread itself - this is considered bumping a dead topic or contributing to an offensive thread
* In the case of spammers - do not reply to the thread or give them any attention apart from reporting by PM.


SHOUTBOX RULES
* Be "polite" at all times.
* No Ads and Links of other sites/forums.
* No Flooding. Maximum of THREE consecutive shouts depending on the importance of the message being delivered.
* Newbies tend to go straight to our Shoutbox upon registration, give priority to them for enlightenment.
* All capital letters are prohibited, unless you really wanted to be noticed. *
* Posting of obscene pictures is a big "NO".
* In some cases, we allow pictures of members to be posted in our Shoutbox provided that it is their own. **
* Asking of passwords and Requests will not be entertained in our Shoutbox. We have a Request Thread for all your needs.
* Saying Badwords, Cursing and Boasting is not the purpose of our Shoutbox.
* Pinoyunderground Staff are always monitoring all conversations logs within 24 hours. So be careful!!!


* There are cases that we know would require you to be noticed. Depending in the situation.
** Our shoutbox is not the place to show off pictures of good looking people got from Friendster accounts.


HOW TO BECOME A STAFF MEMBER --> this can be optional

Do not ask anyone of the staff if you can become a Loyal Member/EAC+Lame Encoder/GFX Crew/Super Moderator/Administrator.
If we think you are doing great and will need more staff we will contact You.
