Are phrasal verbs commonly used in the English language?
An example of a phrasal verb is:
- switch something on
e.g. Can you switch the lights on?
They're really very common, especially in spoken English. Phrasal verbs are like idioms, aren't they?
:smoking2:
I will be able to appreciate if there are some samples of Phrasal Verbs!
