ESTATE AGENT
- someone who brings together sellers and potential buyers or renters of residential and commercial property.

OFFICE BROKER
- someone who specializes in selling or leasing property used for commercial purposes.

SURVEYOR
- someone who examines the condition of a building.

TENANT
- someone who pays rent to live in a house or an apartment (flat).

LANDLORD
- someone who rents (or lets) a house or an apartment to another.

PROPERTY MANAGER
- someone who maintains and upgrades facilities He often liaises between the owner of the property and the tenants.

The word, liaise, particularly liaison reminds me so much of a movie I watched a long time ago. :lol:
