CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATION
aka – also known as

AOB – any other business

asap – as soon as possible

BTW – by the way

e.g. – for example (exempli gratia)

encl. – enclosed, enclosure (spoken as full word)

EOM – end of message (e-mail only)

et al. – and other people (et alii)

etc. – and so forth (etcetera); (spoken as full word)

FAQ – frequently asked questions
