Advice Needed on Touring Manila in just 12 Hours

EC, I "badly" need your thoughts on this.

My Korean friend (female, 35 yo, wedding shop owner, mother of two), Lisa, will be meeting me at the airport at 3pm this Friday and will be taking a 5am flight headed back to Busan the next day. Pretty much, all I have is a 12-hour window to tour her around Manila, preferably near the Pasay City area.

Any ideas on how to make the most out of this 12-hour stay? I have made arrangements for the vehicle, so transportation would no longer be a problem.
