View Full Version : A Coffer Blessing Poem for the New Year
To all my fellow coffers
2007 is gone,
2008 is upon us keep your memories strong,
build your knowledge like a bridge,
and remember with kindness
learning from others is what blessing we can give
keep the coffee pots brewing
and the phrases and new words in your head stewing,
for this new year,
spread your wings,
and express your joy
for the language of Kings.
To all my fellow coffers

build your knowledge like a bridge,
and remember with kindness

keep the coffee pots brewing
and the phrases and new words in your head stewing,
for this new year,
spread your wings,
and express your joy
for the language of Kings.

Beautiful!!! I love the rhythm of this poem! :bravo:
It gives hope for more discoveries this year and at the same time, celebrating what has been learned from the previous year!
Coffee, yes, coffee keeps most of us up in our toes!!! :yey:
:thanks: very much Erik!!!
hey cmo well I didn't include coffee into the last Coffeer blessing poems in the same tense
I used coffer but not coffee but what an apapt thing to give tribute to
thanks ctivnan well I don't usually do sequels,
but when they go over well I break my rules just a little,
as far as the rhythm, I just made it with whatever next rhyme took,
which can work out well sometimes
