Hello sun_tzu, could you check why it goes to another site if I go to: http://avis.com.ph
http://ast.amazonaws.com/Xino/?Action=Redirect&Service=AlexaSiteThumbnail&Url=avis.com.ph&AWSAccessKeyId=1FVZ0JNEJDA5TK457CR2&Signature=%2B%2BjuBzQn9ia99rvfa7X3Bzp2Qb8%3D&Size=Large&Timestamp=2007-12-28T17%3A59%3A24.593Z&DefaultImage=http%3A%2F%2Fclient.alexa.com%2Fcommo n%2Fimages%2Fnoimagel.gif (http://avis.com.ph/)
both:

and
http://avis.com.ph (http://www.avis.com.ph/)
should point to the same site, I think.

Just to say that I only use AVIS RENT-A-CAR in my travels.
I took note of the new telephone numbers.
I actually worked for Enterprise, Hertz, and Budget in the US. It seems that car rental here in the Philippines is so much more expensive. I remember renting out vans, even Cadillac Escalades and Lincoln Navigators for under $50. Here, the vans are $50, $60, $70. Is it supply and demand? Do we have a low supply of vans? Is the demand very high? Hmm...

Price tends to be lower when you rent on corporate rate (with company contract) or go into car-lease contract for the whole company. Higher volume lower price.
Of course, we focus on the "service" that we deliver on every rental making it as seemless as possible.
