If there's any real estate agent/broker here, I'm currently looking to buy a condo/house. Hopefully you can find me a rent-to-own, low downpayment, and bank financing after 1-2 years.

I found a condo for 10% DP of 2.7M, 20-year term at 10% interest rate with an option to pre-pay, in Makati. Can anyone offer something better?

I found a place in Eastwood City. It's only 2.5% downpayment. Ready for Occupancy. Php 18,000 per month for first 6 months. Then 25K for next 6 months. Then 10% lumpsum. Then 30K for next 12 months. The property is by MegaWorld. I thought that was a great deal.

I know that the Megaworld condos here in Mandaluyong: the California Garden are cheaper than Eastwood. It looks like ready for occupancy and just in front of our office. :coffee1:
