Teaching Abroad?

Hello! Are their people here who teach Abroad (http://www.cci-exchange.com/teachabroad.aspx)? What are the pros and cons upon doing so? About contract wage, is it really that high? Is employment rate in New Zealand really that high? Are there people here coming from New Zealand? Please do let me know!

I know couple of language teachers abroad. pro - you learn new culture, to some extent have some kind of travelling/holidays, often earning decent money. cons - you have to move to this new place, organize your life there etc. a lot depends on your expectation - some people want to move and live forever in the new place, some are just wandering around.
