It should be 'come what may' but it also depends on the context in which it is used.
When we say ' Bahala na kung anong mangyari basta laban ako? It implies that one is ready to accept the consequence or eventuality of his action. The Spaniards have a similar phrase 'Que sera sera'

In my case I usually use meaning "it's up to... whatever" or whatever".

"Bahala" - derived from "Bathala" - the supreme being. Literally "Bahala na" means "It's up to God."
