The perpetrator who killed the 30-year-old in the bloody clash was handed over last night in Anogia. He is the 29-year-old son of the 63-year-old victim, who, accompanied by his lawyer, recently appeared at the Rethymnon Police Department.
The 29-year-old, as all the evidence shows, shot the 30-year-old, who had earlier killed his 63-year-old father. The two young men quarrelled, the 30-year-old left the scene of the tension, but later returned armed.
The 63-year-old in front of the gun asked the 30-year-old to leave and put an end to the tension, but the 30-year-old shot him, resulting in the fatal injury of the former.
The victim’s son then shot the 30-year-old and fled. From the first moment the authorities searched for them, there was information that he had contacted a relative, conveying the information that in a few hours he would be handed over, a move he made a few minutes ago.
